1. Summaries of Evaluations:
Miko presented the tabulated summaries of the evaluations we have done.
2. RFP Process:
Members charted the timeline for this process and set the implementation date for database access for April 1, 1999. The entire RFP process needs to be completed by March 1.
3. How Are We Going to Go About RFP?
The tasks for RFP were divided among members.
4. RFP Timeline:
Sept. 25, Friday -- Draft outline from each author due Sept. 30, Wednesday -- Responses to the outline due from each member.
Oct. 16, Friday -- Draft for each section due to Miko
Oct. 20, Tuesday -- Composite draft to be sent to all members via email attachment or fax by Miko
Oct. 23, Friday -- Collections Subcommittee meets at KLA.
